Will vs. Be Going to (predictions, offers, promises, intentions and decisions)
We use WILL for:
1) Predictions. especialmente después de: I (don't) think… Ejemplo:. I think he'll become a lawyer. (predicciones sin basarse en nada).
2) Offers and promises .Ejemplo: I'll carry your bags. / I won't reveal your secret (ofrecimientos y promesas)
3) Instant decisions . Ejemplo :I'm thirsty. Oh, I'll bring you a glass of water. (decisiones del momento)
We use going to for:
1) Predictions: Ejemplo: Look at that girl. She's going to cry. (predicciones basadas en evidencia)
2) For intentions and plans. Ejemplo: I'm going to visit my granny next weekend.( Intenciones o planes)
